btw pinguini, were u in the mage or fighter guild?
elder scrolls 4 is coming out soon.....if only they would make an online version tho

Depends. I had several characters. My first joined the fighters guild, and later the mages guild as well. And, hm, couldn't join the thieves guild after the code book thingy. So I ended up, killing all the thieves :D

Oh, and glipe, that is what I did. I got plenty of skins and mods, to get the world, especially the characters, a better look.
There are quite some ppl that did miracles.

MMORPG addiction is common, I had it for a long time with AC (my first MMO) and I get a similar feeling with this one despite only being 4 days into it. I started AC when it was fairly well established so this is my first time playing a game in it's infancy and I love it.

With established games there are so many guides and spoilers available that take away some of the fun. I'm simply enjoying figuring out how things work - it took me 2 days before I found out how to harvest higher quality mats, but I was so happy when I found out...much more so than if I simply read how to do it somewhere.

I have all the MMO addiction symptoms - staying up too late, lack of focus at work because I want to be playing, surfing the net at work to find Ryzom info (I really should get them to remove my net privileges!), making excuses not to go out with friends, playing for what seems like 20 minutes when 2 hours have passed. I'm hooked and loving it!

LOL

It is just so nice to see that others feel the same way.
I am not the big party lover anyways, and now, it is getting even harder to go out.

And by the way:

Hi, my name is Kioux and I am a Ryzom Addict.

Nice to meet you my name is Sky and i am Ryzom addict and guild leader (there is nothing to beat this one now =P )

Got around to live on 4-5 hours sleep / day.

Hopefully Ryzom will loose its touch with me somehow in the next couple of weeks or I will have serious trouble.

Well, I kind of liked Ultima 7, ... then got into Ultima Online beta, and stuck there till EQ came out and so on, so solo RPG are feeling like 'mmorpg's with contents, but empty servers. Makes me want to close the account... or shout 'is there anybody on?' until I remember I'm on a solo game :p
