This stinks of *we need to reset the accounts for billing but I can't be arsed to make a list and reban people* to me.

Zero consideration for the poor innocents that have been on the receiving end of abuse from these people. I'd maybe be ok with it if I had confidence in the immediate re-ban scheme, but people get away with murder in this game time and again.
