I don´t think so, because we at least know that they´ve hired one or some of the old/original devs to make it work again from Chatlogs taken in the NEL Channel of some Chatprog. (I´ve simply forgotten which one)

My money´d lie with 4 -6 then, whereas at the moment I´d favor 4 and 6.

but does it explain why forums are back?
opening forums - any game forums for that matter - is a step in gaining a player base

and no, i know we are all beautifully handsome and intelligently brilliant

still don't think these are good reasons why somebody would buy us some moderated forums

Why would they ressurect the forums and promise to return http://www.ryzom.com (soon) if they weren't gonna do it?

hell, some random dev even took the time to use PLAYER ART on the front page that was found on the forums! i'd say that's a good sign too
