Yes they are, in the save folder of Ryzom. You can copy those over as well to a 2nd computer to preserve the landmarks and keybinds, and of course back up to a diffrent folder incase you have to restore becuase of the marker bugs or something.

I've seen much worse... My laptop has been at the repairshop since July and I'm not sure yet if they really fixed the problem. (Toshiba's customer service just *insert 4 letter word here*s Frahar balls.)

laptops are scary
sending your laptop for repairs often takes like 10 days and/or more cause {insert random company} hasnt the right parts themselves at the moment

your case seems even worse only thing to do is keep communicating
maybe they forgot yours or paperwork all messed up
seen it happen before

Sounds like memory trouble to me in the best case (run a memtest)
in the worth case(s) your CPU isn't cooled down properly, is broken or MoBo is out of "proper" order... *checks warranty*
