Which it was pointed out that none of them were.

Arispotle is the only misguided community that is bringing things down to FvF, instead of GvG like it used to be.
You should learn French and go have a look on Aniro forums rofl, they are not arguing like we do, they cutting each other throats on forums as well as in game and in a pure FvF way...
That is before they reconciliate together and meet at the bar ... Got to be French for that :)

Lot of certitudes there imo....
/Conspiration theory mode on
Does anything actually think that, in the eventuality where wrong doing happened, Vince woul dhave said: Yes, player XXX is guilty and was getting rid off, as well as players YYY blablabla?
/Conspiration theory mode off...

Now do not get me wrong, I am not taking side: I thank the CSR for their investment on their free time and for what they give to the community.

But do not blame Yaffle or anyone else for been worried...
The game designed it that way...

Homins are homins and will always be... Whatever mode they are on, CSR or player mode...
Quote: 90% of the thieves are not thieves but people been faced with a opportunity....
I.E. Ryzom is a very competitive environment: Dble XP cats and special mats given only to winners of wars, factions fighting weekly against each others...

Sometimes hits go below the belt as, as someone mentionned on Aniro, War is war and I am not going to ask you if you agree with the way I am going to kill you as long as I can kill you this way.....

In those circumstances, opportunities may be created, for players as players, or players as CSR, or CSR as players to learn thing they should not have....

And in this case, it would take a lot of inner strength to not use it against the rival faction...

All this to say that, like it or not, the worries of the last few days are perfectly understandable (justified or not).
And Vince silently agreed on that as new measures were alrady in the pipe to monitore CSR closely (apparently the facts of the last few days just increase the speed for them release lol )....

So don't blame XXX or YYY, or Kami or Kara....
Stay neutral or accept that the game mechanics can generate such behaviours in which case, any concern raised can only benefit the Ryzom community.... :)

What a great concept, one we have never seen before, the morally superior neutrals. You even tied in your belief that anyone in power can not be trusted with your little conspiracy bit. If I understand the morally superior argument it is the following: Anyone who is not neutral is lacking in inner strength and is incapable of making simple judgments or helping players to understand mechanics or solving software related problems or getting folks unstuck from cliff walls. They just simply can not do that, because they picked shirts or skins. It is beyond their simple factioned minds to follow guidelines and do the right thing.

Just how can a CSR affect the faction wars? They may be able to affect a battle or two, by porting away all the healers but I am guessing someone will notice. As for CSR's and opposite faction chat, what is the point? Are they also going to delete all alts and everyone can only have one character? Snuff out evil multiple accounts users? Seriously how can a CSR affect the entire Faction War?

People are responsible for their own actions, in case you missed it, We just had a witch hunt and an attempted lynching of the people who spend their free time to help the players have a better time. After the chat, which had the "bogus" investigation you still have full spin mode going, saying that the CSR's are still to immature, to stupid, to bias, to factioned, to be volunteers.

The irresponsible finger pointing needs to stop.

Just hypothetic, but let's say.....people can use known exploit at op battles, without being banned....just because they are csr, ex csr, csr friends or something like that......or just disgusting some kara dissident by muting them in their factionnal chat for peanuts....life is just not enought hard for a non-KA karavan......all is just hypothetic of course...
Did you read the petition Pero ? there's few example down there...

I would like to address one example which linked a Kamist Lixie killing with a thread on the KA forum. I am the author of the recent KA forum thread about hunting Lixie again. Previous threads on Lixie go back to May. I am the only author on the new thread to discuss any new ideas about hunting Lixie. I am not a CSR spying on Lixie hunts. No one on Arispotle gave me any suggestions about Lixie recently. I do talk to some nice players on Aniro where they have killed Lixie many times though. If you don't believe me on that score, ask Kyerna. So, sorry conspiracy theorists, no CSR was spying on you and spreading your secrets in that thread.

And, thus, new players, look what you're getting yourselves into.

I'd like to borrow some of those marshmellows please? This popcorn isn't cutting it anymore.

I tend to agree with Pero here. I don't mean any offense to you, but do you even play on the Ari server? Kinda hard to judge our community if you don't play on it.

Just becos I mentionned Aniro is enough to take me out of the Ari community?

Answer to your question: i dont play more than 7h a day :)

Now, I am talking about games mechanics and human reactions and the only thing you guys can answer is flaming me down?
Not very constructive is it?
