I was hunting over a year ago in the Grove of Confusion and looked up to see Red chased by a whole herd of madakam. That is still one of the funniest sights I've seen on Atys.

some people have very different views on how you can and cant act while in an alliance, some believe anyone who helps the enemy is their enemy from that moment on.

my take on it is I act alone when I'm not doing something faction related, but as soon as it becomes related my enemy is my enemy. Sunce will tell you I'll dig his spots, help him out etc all day long, but as soon as we are participating in large/small scale pvp we kill each other without a second thought.

Your view of it seems fair to me, the other one you described sounds like they view other players as their hated enemies. If they lived in the same town would they break if they saw one of them crossing the street?
