yeah well done you for you're valuable input.

Any noobs need a guild? (This is in fact a question.... see the question mark?)

Anyone up for a skinny dipping party in dyron? (This is in fact a question.)

Both questions are game related.... Do you not understand what a question is?

the channel is meant for questions when people don't understand a part of the gameplay or game mechanics. none of what you said above applies to that.

regarding the downtime in support service: don't worry, we had worse on leanon when the switch from mdo to jolt was made. the whole server was run by three people alone for weeks on end. i doubt GF will come close to that.

I'm sorry but your making that up....

The login messasge, and the message when you create a new character simply says "The universe channel is for questions and answers, and to say hello and goodbye."

None of that other crap about mechanics or gameplay is in there... nor was it ever.

hmm, can't check now, but i remember it as being a tad more verbose. in either case, what i wrote above is the INTENT of the channel as has been explained acrosse both servers multiple times by csrs.

The rule that uni chat is for game related question also needs you to use a bit of your brain, "Do arma smell?" is a game related question is pointless and should be kept off uni channel, your questions are pointless and the uni chat isnt for advertising your guild.

mithur wrote:Well... I have to say that dig/craft makes more money than hunt/craft (Or withouit crafting). In general; obviously always can be exceptions.

And more is your level, more is the difference. A lvl150 melee gets the same quantity of mats from mob than a lvl1, but a lvl 150 harvester gets ten times than a level 1 harvester.

I kill three-four mobs with my melee 115 in five minutes, giving me 20 mats, adn then the downtime.
In 5 minutes I can forage +50 mats. Without downtime.

All of this is about solo, of course. Hunting in team could be more rewarding, and, of course, more funny.
True enough but still very different then "I'm saying the only way to make money in Ryzom is to dig."
