Hmm, well it seems that these people on the whole were not CSR's. Can't believe how much aggro it took to get that answer though.

Maybe, but on the other hand I never implied anything about them paying or not paying for an account. So where did that little gem come from? Or was that an assumption?

It really doesnt matter why someone is leaving. They are leaving because they feel they must. Does it matter if they were CSR or not. I don't think so.
What matters is a lot of the old vets are leaving. Instead of wondering oh they left must of been a CSR. Will it really make a difference if they were or not.
I am hoping the players do give the new CSR team a chance. I am sure they will do their best. Let them prove themselves.
The Jolt CSR team was outstanding, and a bunch of truly deicated people. I don't think I ever logged on and didn't see some one. Once Cho came on I know sometimes they were on another shard. as I would check my characters on both. That means 24 hours a day 7 days a week someone was there.
Gameforge is doing what they think best, I cant agree with the way they did it tho. I kind of feel it was done underhandedly. But they have to live with it. Not me. That is why I am leaving. The game has changed for me, and has been it was just a matter of time and now seems like a good time.
I will miss you all greatly, I have been here a long long time. It has been my life. Somewhere out there I will find another home. But will always miss this one.
I wish all of you to enjoy Ryzom as much as I have. It has been my love and my life for 3 years now. I wish good luck and good fortune to Gameforge you have a long hard road ahead of you. Take care but do it with honor if nothing else. will miss many people especially the CSR team who was always there within seconds.
