thats why you pick a leader, and have them give the orders while the others just listen

Theres no idle gossip, whats said is only what needs to be said. Works fantastic for bosses, hunts, treks also.

i know Teamspeak from AP(now MoM) and it is indeed Great cause u dun need to write anything,but an other point is ,when ppl dun have Mics or whatever i saw it in AP,big Guild but only a few use TS,could be another Prob

Thank you all for your feedback! It has been of great help for me in the writing of
this post on improving outposts.
You might see this as a variant of the previously mentioned option (b)
(whining to the developers) 
, but I hope you will also consider it as some valid ideas for improving the game.
