Some of us are not on the Mysterious Xzaviers site, and obviously do not have access to all the information you do....so why don't you enlighten us in a slightly less aggressive tone....
Let me get this straight... you're too lazy to type http://www.ryzom.org in your browser and rather open a posting here requesting us to spoon-feed you with the info? now thats funny :)

@Anissa and Morgaine:

Perhaps idiotic was not the best word. More like "ridiculous" and "amusing."

rofl why would someone want to hear about ryzom on a site that basically looks like an attempt to make a second ryzom or something. Also not all of the players on this board got the wierdo email of questionable validity about the site. Ryzom.org looks like one of those private server sites made where they steal a code to a game and attempt to run an outdated version of the game with limited resources.

I would much rather hear it on this site

Not to mention it takes me 20 tries to get the thing to resolve and only managed to get the page to come up once for me...

Whatever will work or not, both in negociations or ryzom.org, or whatever our position about the current situation, if you really like this game and see how much harm is doing this time of stagnation, there is something you can always do for it, if you want to do anything about it: come and play.

We might be sad, worried, trustful or suspicious about the future, but nothing may harm more a MMO than people who don't log in anymore.

While, as Anissa pointed, for a new player it may be just disheartening to wait and see what will happen next, for somebody who pretends being a dedicated player and loving the community and virtual universe there is no excuse for the small effort to log in, help around people, organise treks, craft some stuff, hunts, do pvp, whatever you're good at and you know you enjoyed doing.

Ryzom, like most MMOs, is less the code and the servers but the people inside, if you give up even before any server is gone, what can you expect on the other side.

You care? Log in and play even if you don't hope much, get over this feeling and go on with your life on Atys, that's all about it.

If you want to get official info, look here... if you dont find any here, assume there isnt any news. If you want additional info, go look for it... its as easy as that :)

About credability of ryzom.org, go there, read the infos, then make up your mind... (thats what i did)
that of course would require to do that without a readymade opinion based on rumours :D

He has make the question, and souls has answered the question in a more officially way than the "personal-info-stealers" ryzom.org.

This is a forum. Anyone can make a question, and it might be officially answered. I'm really bored of the people who is always telling in a forum who can post and who can't. It's stupid.

if you find a forum where you only get to hear answers you like, please tell me, i'd like to go there as well :)
You go public with your questions, so you gotta live with the feedback, whether its what you expect or not. ;)
