Ffi is right, i used to feel horrible asking for things all the time, but, later on you start giving back what you received in the early days, thus you start feeling a bit better about yourself :)

Again, as everyones said, ask in Guild chat, being a healer is one of the best low lvl jobs out there, you get your hits in all the time, get your xp, and you feel a part of the group. Always a good starting point imho..
