Actually, if you were to make an NPC named Eminem, you would be in violation of the Terms of Service.
That aside, the tools provided are more than what I was expecting, and the conversation system isn't in there yet. I can agree that more options for homin NPC's would be nice... but who is to say they are coming and just haven't been added yet?
I would much rather the mobs within the Ring scenarios are consistant with the rest of the game, rather than seeing some strange player created mobs.
That's just me though.

But nether less, you cant limit scenario makers by limiting development tools, hey, I can make a NPC called Eminem and make him attack, and kill players with bad rhymes, so it anyway always will lay with GMs common sense.

Well, one scenario that I had in mind contained a herbivore that after loosing his whole pack to hunters started to extract his revenge on a small settlement. It was planned as a newbie scenario, and I wanted to make the critter a bit tougher, so if players would decide to hunt it it wouldnt be just so it was this very regular lvl 40 mektub killing these children? thingy. I just posted it so you could see the problem from my perspective.

Hey, Im still optimistic about all of this. Sure hoping they will add a few things, we still are scheduled for a few updates this week ^_^. Sorry for my rants, but R2 is the main reason for which Im playing Ryzom right now and I really want to make some enjoyable scenarios.

I didn't see anything like that in my brief experience with Ring last night. I didn't see anything in the manual about it either, but that doesn't mean it isn't there... or won't be as they release more features.
I'll take a look when I get home, but I don't think there is a PvP specific feature-set yet.

Nope, not until now. Didn´t notice any settings in this direction.
Maybe later, who knows
Edit: And btw. it is meant to be a feature
apart from PvP, saving the "normal" Game.
So chances are rather slim. But who knows, nonetheless.

No harm in that. I think that is one of the things I will like the most talking to people about their ideas and helping them get the most out of the Ring. Because if they get the most out of it, that means I get the most out of it too.
Have you conisdered that all of the Mini-bosses and Bosses are available to be utilized. They look special and are stronger.

The PvE'ers need some content too.

Someone mentioned something about GUI changes. Do you have any more details on them?
