I suppose if you check off the box to get them monthly, you could call it a newsletter. ;)

It does, at least, provide a notification of things like upcoming downtime. Which was handy for me yesterday. Had I not known there was downtime, I would have been a little dissapointed in the server coming offline. But, I prepared for it and had a backup game to get me through the hour that Atys was unavailable. It was tough... but I made it. ;)

I can't log into Ryzom from work, so I read my Ryzom mail and the forums while here. :)

I am still trying to convince my boss that it will increase office morale to allow me to install Ryzom, which would increase productivity.

He just looks at me with a blank stare until I leave his office... but he hasn't actually said no yet.

Hehe, usually when im on a Sunday shift I can bring PC in... as its just me here.. but the other evening I tried installing on colleagues machine, but, unfortunately his, infact all our PCs at work to lower spec :(

Awe, that stinks. :(

Well, perhaps with all of the current price war deals between Intel and AMD, you could convince your IT dept that purchasing new equipment would be cost effective coupled with donating the existing machines to charity which would offset some of the cost in tax deductions for charitable donations? :D

Of course... that is based on how it works here in the US, not sure of how it works in the UK. :o
