When I enter PR I get a message saying be careful you are now attackable.

Your consenting to pvp when you enter the zone. Its pretty simple really.

No, you're not, you're being made vulnerable to it, not consenting to it. Of course, you can read threads 6 months old on this aspect but they didn't seem to get through then so I'm doubting they'd get through now.

If I walk through a dark alley in a bad part of town late at night dragging a sack of money I'm not actually consenting to being mugged and it's still a crime to mug me.

There's this thing called 'other people' you might want to also consider before you act, and your effect upon them.

Kill tagged people, whatever the zone, and you know 100% that they consent to PvP and enjoy it, same as you do. Then there's no problem for anyone. Why is that unacceptable?

Although I agree with your point -- maily the difference between being vulnerable and consenting --, there is a slight difference in your analogy. Gratuitious PK could in fact be penalized somehow (either by game mechanics or lack of them, by social reputation), but the small flaw in your argument is that you are comparing the notion of crime in RL -- where there are implications and pretty much laws -- with the action of killing other homins IG, who is a complicated matter since one must also consider that to some extent, we are encouraged to by factions. Simply put, there is not a "common moral agreement that it is a bad thing to do" if you take into account the background and its several interpretations.

One only thing I don't understand yet: how does it feel killing somebody who has no resists, is in focus jewles and focus armor, eventually digging in lag, therefore who dies in one hit?
You feel proud, contend, revenged, happy, eased, high, appeased, gratificated, fulfilled. Check all that apply.

I have a very long and complicated answer to this, but it's not just game applicable and mat offend people on other grounds that have nothing to do with the game.

After Infinity and other power Kamists left, some of us realy miss real foes- the one that many of us were training hard to face one day.
I even expressed my feelings recently during SN- when mighty warriors from both factions were digging together side by side like lambs ;p
I'm happy that homins like Itsmagic and Yaffle are back but they look kinnda fluffy this days (soft version ) maybe after gearing bit of they "naughty" nature will go back...
This days youngsters seem to have so tender and delicate soul that all they can is moaning at forums instead to try to solve this in warrior way..
