7damian7 wrote:part of the reason i'm giving ryzom a go is because from reading on places like mmorpg.com, i've heard that there's a mature community here.

so far, from perusing the forums, i've seen a TON of "imma tell mommy" posts. or "you broke the eula/forum rules, i'm telling".

seriously, where is this mature community i've read so much about?
Who cares for the forum ppl ? i dont :) Ppl that talk here on forums are usually either kids or think they are very important ... like in every other damn MMO

LOL, with your attitude I'm surprised you even read the forums let alone post in them.

Back on topic here....for the most part, the people I've met for the last year have been very mature, even the ones I have met that are about 15 years old or younger, and there is a alot. The only reason i write this is not to try to convience the ones i argue with of their age ( :P ) but to remind people...ALL people that if anything else, this 'game' if full of adults. Adults (reguardless of age) have differences and will not always agree, in game, or in forum. The topic for me does not need to have the question mark at the end, it is a statement, always has been.

But to answer the topic (as a question). yes, we are a mature community...does that mean we get along and have the same ideals....no

If we did..then why the hell would we be playing this game and posting here?

DEATH TO ALL KAMI...oh wait DEATH TO ALL KARAVAN...damn...what side am I on today?

Think my mood wasnt right for my post...
let me be clear here... judging a community based on forum posts is just wrong.. most ppl dont post.. they play the game !
there are usefull and good posts tho.. and those are the posts i do read and post in
