You're wrong. I'm not going to give you a list, but many of us don't broadcast when we're being attacked because it just causes the same debate over and over and over again. But it has happened.
Also, Nexus never owned Whirling, so saying they were trying to "retake" it isn't entirely true.

The alliance we made was called by differents names
There was no alliance that attacked Whirling Stronghold
To quote scarazi... "dum di dum"
Besides this, the quote that everyone gives from Ciri...
What is your stance toward all karavan guilds - either united under alliance named KA and those outside?
means "What is your stance towards guilds that are in an alliance, and what is your stance towards other guilds?" And it seems to me that most replies have been answering a percieved question about the guilds who attacked Whirling (with the notable exception of Snake's post)
AFAIK to date the only attacks not aimed at retaking an OP have been made by KA members. The only attacks made outside native lands have been made by Matis guilds. So who should be the ones worrying?
Well I'm not gonna make a list, but since it is relevent to the situation, Nexus' own OP was attacked by a Fyros Kami guild and defended by a large number of Karavan guilds, and a notable member of a kami guild, plus our ubiquitous mercenaries

That may be. There are different definitions of the word "retake". The basic one is if when a guild originally held and OP and then lost it. i.e. if the Soul attacks Malmont, no one will debate that they are trying to "retake" it. They held it first.
But if the Soul attacks Zo Kian, the use of the word "retake" is highly debatable since they didn't hold it first. That doesn't mean shouldn't try if they want, but let's use the words to mean what they really mean. It might help to avoid some of the misinformation that pervades these forums.
In the case of Whirling, I suspect OV probably regards themselves as "liberating it" from a Kami guild for the good of the Lakelands. Nexus regards themselves as "liberating it" from Matis oppression. Neither one regards themselves as the bad guy.
But that wasn't my main point. My main point was simply to refute philu's statement that all of the attacks on original holdings have been by the KA. That's simply not true. It's a great example of how the propoganda against us has been quite successful and has created many false impressions.

I'm the Nexus voice for the moment, and English is not my native language.
If you begin to examine each word i use, you'll have a big work, and a headache soon

*cough *I can't Remember That Whirling stronghold ORIGINALLY belonged To the KA....Wasn't it Band of the Hawks that held it before ?And wasn't there a real debate over the fact that a Kami Tryker Guild existing out of a few members was able to defend it against some 'big'guild who tought it wasn't justified??
Even if BoH were tryker (and yes i know:Kami)nevertheless Tryker;I think Retake is the right word seen your 'basic' definition ...
Okay i hear u allready say :BUT Nexus never owned this OP ...True,but know that Genia,Darmina,Kenshiro&Gojeta have more common history as u might think. And if it is a way to honour them or Trykers it is all fine by me.
Anyway I really don't seem to get why u are debating this issue(Totally offtopic btw) over a noble gesture Nexus is offering.but mayb it is just me ...
Okay i also went offtopic ..U GOT ME THERE OUDKNOEI!!!

That might be true if you selectively quote Ciri, but if you quote the WHOLE question to Nexus:
targosz wrote:Question to Nexus Guild -What is your stance toward all karavan guilds - either united under alliance named KA and those outside? I wonder this cause would like to ask politely if we any of this guilds should be worring about being attacked by you and your kamist and neutrals allies ?
It clearly refers to the guilds who attacked Whirling. So that's the question that was answered.
Besides you missed an important word out of your attempt to explain what Ciri meant - KARAVAN. You should have said - "What is your stance towards KARAVAN guilds that are in an alliance, and what is your stance towards other KARAVAN guilds?"

I agree with most of this but will clarify MY definition of re-take. I meant re-take as in EITHER take back an OP you owned OR take back an OP in your OWN land that is owned by another race. Is that clear enough for you?
Fine refute my statement but at least please back it up with examples rather than "I'm not going to list them". Seriously, I'd like to know who the aggressive Fyros/Zorai/Tryker guilds are because I am not aware of it. I want to be in possession of the full facts so I can make informed opinions. If you don't want to post it here, please feel free to PM me the info.
