After the usual delay, I finished my program.
Here is a first version.
It lacks several things, like an english online help (I'm working on it. Really.) and this version can only process german and english chatlogs (log_player.txt) and client.log files (all languages).
If you want to give it a try, here are the first steps:

I would be very grateful if someone could mail me a french chatlog and/or client.log so I could perfom some tests (the bigger the better).

If you want to give it a try, here are the first steps:
- Download the archive and unzip it
- Start LogKonverter.exe
- Load a chatlog/client.log with the first toolbar icon
- After a click on the third tollbar icon, the chatlog will be converted (default: into BBCode)
