Governor Wyler - Johny Depp (he played a pirate, then he can deffinatly play a Tryker; besides he ain' t that tall either)
Emperor Dexton - Sylvestor Stalone or Arnie (fits with the Fyrosian theme of destruction and blowing things up, then ask questions; or forget the last part and head straight off to the bar for merry-making)
