Vamp isn't really as good as it seems. Sure its nice when it goes off. If it goes off. 1 in 20 swings it might go off. Not alot of use.

i have a tekorm sword with 5% critical hit but never been lucky to see it happen

Tekorn weapons are +5% to critical hit. Normal weapons already have a 5% chance of inflicting a critical hit, so tekorn weapons have a 10% chance of doing it. You always do critical hits, tekorn weapons just do twice as much as normal weapons. I've definitely noticed that difference.

Vamp is pretty sexy for boss hunts... melee on mage PvP... that kinda jazz.

Anything that lasts a long time where any bonus HP is a damned welcome thing.... but pulling 1 kincher / najab at a time.... no big difference.

my 2 cents

Have you actually tried to make a supreme weapon with only 3 to parry? The kicker of this whole thought process... to actually get a +3 to parry on a supreme weapon is actually quite a bit of effort. Almost every piece need have parry as a bad stat... parry was lowered in preferend of durability because of the insane durability degrade multiplier on these weapons... and the fact that it's intended to be a mage killer PvP style.. and not a grind axe.

+3 might be low.... but it's so damned low it does actually take effort
