Actually I was hinting towards making hand to hand combat much faster
Fist of Fury style 70-80hpm maybe
. Daggers even at 60hpm are not viable for anything but keeping agro as someone else kills. Instead of a nerf mentality I was thinking 60hpm but small damage increase to daggers. Small increase to Hand to hand damage but a big increase in its speed.

One incy-wincey thing that would make PvP more interesting would be making the uninterruptible
"Thingummy invokes an offensive spell on you" interruptible. When mages *cough* Kye
*cough* have used time credits I've been toasted 5 seconds or more after seeing that message and knowing that my invulnerability and magic protection aura, although available to use, are worthless.
