Oh no, if I don't reply to this thread everyone will know I'm a CSR. What my boss, er, I mean Lawrence said is right.

j/k. There's no way I'd ever work for them as it would mean missing out on the game itself. Those guys do a fantastic job and I'd rather be on the receiving end :)

So in answer to the topic question: No.

Definately a No. The reasons have already been stated, don't need to say it again. Its really not fair to the volunteers. They may wanna play too.

And no, I'm not CSR/GM/Nevrax employee. You think I could play as much as I do if I was? :D

When you discuss with some csr, they said they have their gaming toon on another server than the support toon. Also if they're "caught", their gaming toon is deleted (i suppose for the reasons you all said before).
There shoud be an old post on the mainboard stating that.

Been there, hate that. I in general love the support staff we have from Jolt, but I had to disgustingly put one GM on ignore because of the above when asking a question about a game change. I seriously doubt this type of behavior is good for the new players either when they have frustrations.

Must be a rumour, prime roots have some of the best places to explore (if you like that kind of content ;) ), more than a few unique sights down there. Why wouldn't they go see that?
Deadly and beatuful. :)
