Petej, nice to see you're still around as well. I've enjoyed your foraging information.
I wasn't aware there were any Aim-At weaknesses As far as I know there's always a 5% chance to get a critical and all creatures have the same armor for any bodypart. I've never tested that specifically, but I think if any bodyparts of any creatures had weaknesses, it should've shown up while testing their armor.
Unless you mean another kind of weakness?

Re: Resistance guide
I mean it takes less Damage to kill a mob if you hit a specific part of it , heh i guess il have to do some testing and give you a proof now -not as easy as it sounds , Sys Info reports the Damage of the hit iirc which can be more than the mob has left on the last...
Edit- Tried Yubo n Mektoub but couldnt see any difference , maybe its only Armoured type Mobs ? , im sure Horncher shows it -on the Rear Legs iirc not retested that yet tho

Re: Resistance guide
Reeeeally now? That's quite possible. If I wanted to know the exact health of a creature, I always just nuked it because, as you say, with physical attacks it shows the full damage of the last hit rather than how much damage you actually did before the mobs HP reached zero.
Buuuut, I do indeed recall that I once did a number of tests trying to find out the health of creatures by smacking them with a sword, and found that the same creatures sometimes had more health than other times. I assumed it was just the regeneration during the time it took me to kill them. Never thought it might depend on the bodyparts hit.
If this is true, it would mean a greater use for the Aim-At stanzas! I'll have to investigate this at once!
Edit - Well, I tried a few beasties so far but didn't yet find any evidence of such an effect. So if you can get a definite example of it, that would be nice
