TBH, i think if you had been slightly fairer this would not of happened, at least give me the chance to out bid you, thats what the whole acept new bidders a day before, seems you managed to find away around it, well done! Thanks for spoiling a good post.....

Alright, this all looks quite dubious and all and I don't think I can make a decision either way without all concerned being fully happy with what has gone on here tonight. Therefore, I'm re-opening the bidding exclusively for you two. Bid and counterbid all you want, but after one of you fails to bid after 60 minutes the other of you will win the bid.
All clear on this? Sorry that it means breaking my own rules here but I'm afraid I've been put in a very difficult position :/
Currently, Keoni leads with 16.1 million

Nice solution
Good way to prevent low balling...

"Fair" means following the posted rules of the auction. Which I did. Given that you were right there waiting to reply to my post within seconds of my posting it, I can only conclude that you were ready and willing to "snipe" the auction yourself.
So... puh-lease, m8

Nope - sorry Delphi - I don't like moving targets when it comes to auction rules. What you describe is a good policy to have (and it's been mentioned on these forums)... but only if it's in place from the start.
Edit: &, by your rules, the winning bid was 15.1M, posted 19:59 BST.
