Re: Things to do with /random
and...as long as it's organised as i said before...with one person doling out numbers as people buy tickets(and hang over the dapper there and then) rather than letting them pick their own. Writing down on a piece of paper IRL who has bought what...then at the end of the week having a draw (with witnesses)....and the person who has the winning number then....umm wins!
Someone who logs a lot of time would be helpful to run it...or perhaps in the hands of a trustworthy guild. Ideally one that is used to large amounts of dapper..(who could that be?)
If i think of a guild I'll let you know!

I like more idea that there won't be winners every round and there is a possibility for huge pot if there has not been winners for some rounds. Maybe organizing guild should take 10% all ticket fees, so they would actually gain some dappers doing it and thus have some interest in longevity of lottery business as scamming would kill this business.

or charge 110 dappers a ticket 100 dappers for the pot, 10 for the organiser (they could donate it to the needy, if they weren't greedy!)

Acey Ducey:
Same as blackjack in that you must use /random 1 13 (the 13 ranks of the cards.
Each participant place say 50,000 dappers into the pot.
Organizer rolls 2 randoms. The first participant can wager nothing up to the entire pot as to whether the next random will be between the first 2. If they are correct they win the amount they wagered out of the pot. If they are wrong they place that amount into the pot.
2 special rules. * First, if the card that comes matches one of the previous 2, you have "goal posted" and must pay double the wager into the pot.
*Second, If the first 2 cards match, you must pay a said amount (usually determined by the starting contribution, say 50%) into the pot as a result of getting a pair. You can then pay another 50% to split the pair and draw a second card for the first one and play that, and a then the second one. This is a difficult rule to understand at first. So here is an example.
Noin is up and gets dealt (randomed) two fours. I must pay 25,000 dappers into the pot. I can then choose to pay another 25,000 dappers and play them as 2 hands. So I pay the 25,000 dappers. We play the first four as the first card, and roll another random for it. It is a 6 and I pass on wagering. Then we take the second 4 and roll a random for it, and it is a K. In this case I bet the pot, and we roll a random to determine if it is between the K and the 4.EDIT: Play continues around the table/circle/group until all of the money is gone from the pot.
If you need a lesson in person I can teach it once or twice.
P.S. This can get very pricey, or go very quick.
