Hi and welcome!

I'd just like to say, don't let civilization populations let you choose which race you play. Pick whichever one you like the most, no reason to be stuck with a second choice for all your time on Atys. It may be a little lonely right in the beginning, but very soon you'll start meeting a lot of people to play with, especially when you're able to trek to the other lands.

Well, I am very impressed with this community so far.
I was hoping a smaller one like this would be, as opposed to "that other one"
I loved the story line for this and the screenies served to enhance the mood.

I left the training island tonight and was immediately picked up by 3 people, fighting over who would help me !

Loving it more every minute.

Hoping the story is integral, that is what drew me to Ryzom.

One thing you can do is max out your death penalty (after 10 deaths it stops increasing) and do some exploring. From Zorai lands, it's not hard with some experience to get directly to Fyros lands by sneaking. It takes a little time and patience, but is a way to do it yourself. Fyros to Matis is also doable, but more difficult. Tryker is extremely difficult to get in or out of. And if you like Zorai, play one! I was a Tryker since launch
