DP reduces over time as well as by XPing it away. I believe these new tickets increase the rate over time it is depleted.

So do some exploring at night, get dp, buy a ticket, sleep it off

as for the DP things, they do seem to work.. had 2881 DP left (out of 240k ish).. was getting 21300 DP back per kill (secondary skill tree) - so almost completely cleared, and a message came up saying "you no longer have a death penalty", about 3 hits before I killed the torbak

So it does appear they work as advertised, increasing the rate at which DP naturally decays.

My most favorite feature is running away from all the baddies that try to kill me while digging in my homeland. If I see a Gibbai eyeball me, I can turn and run and get away from him before he even gets to me.

That gives me a few more options to get away as a sneaker. I belive this is some much better of an option than inplementing some stealth or such!!! What a great idea!!!!! Explorers should be absolutely thrilled.

Although I fear there will be no more dragging Named Mobs to the gates of town.

I came through the Hidden Source portal from Burning desert.. and got all excited because the karavan altar was LIVE .. it actually had "Buy Teleport" showing up on the mouse-over..

unfortunately, they were only selling DP pacts :'(
