100 is the max fame in any column, as -100 is the lowest.

However, as part of a guild you share fame. So while I was in EoA I have max Global fame with all races of 100, after leaving this has dropped only a little to 70-80 in each race, shouldn't be too hard to raise back to 100 ... even with the 'fairer' fame allotment in the new patch.
