Vigilant igara is lvl 68
I guess, that concentrate effect might be similar to vampirism if there is one. Both increase spell lvl at info screen in similar manner.
I would have gone for goaris, very nice target for gold damage. After goaris I soloed those same igaras without much problem.

have u tried overpowering ur spells, ie using more credits than strictly necessary? at the bottom of the spell editing window is a percentage (cant remember what its called, success probably) - try to get this as high as possible. tbh i think it is only supposed to effect success at actually casting the spell (and not getting the 'you failed in your incantation' message) maybe its my imagination but i seem to land more often as well..
Also pick ur targets, the kips and kizoar in OO have much less native resistance than the birds

over powering spells does not decrease mob resistance
it might be a combination of your level and the spell level, but i and my guild at least still believe it is solely based on your ele level.
we need more peopel who are high level heal low level ele(like greater than 90 level split) to test this vampirism thing. others and I are skeptical and one person posted here that it doesnt work
all these posts make me think of one thing
stop trying to solo, this game allows it but its a big waste of time compared to grouping, and if you cant find a group join a guild, theres plenty of them
lately when ive tried to go help newbs(i dont recruit) there already being inducted by soem crazy guild officer
oh yeah, and overpowering spells, does, not, decrease, mob, resistance
strangely enough, even if your success rate is listed as low as 60% for some reason you'll still get off 9 out of 10 spells. I'm not sure why the actual percentages are differnt than whats printed there, in fact that really confuses me, but hey, at least its in your favor

I agree, using shockwave in the lakelands gets me far more resists than using fire in the desert, poison in the forest, or electric in the jungle, against creatures of comparable levels. I've switched to using electric in the lakelands, it generally seems to work a lot better than shockwave.

As I remember, I found Shockwave worked best in PR for me

Yea i recon that was me

Im 162 heal and 67 ele, and resist rates are borderline redicilous
Im gonna take a break on the ele and try lvling heal to 200+, then check do some tests with high lvl vampirism and/or concentrate bricks in low lvl ele spells and see if it works

Did you try 2-3k kills solo? I think vigilant igaras might be now suitable mob for you to solo.
Soloing seems more efficient when doing fast 500-1.5k kills. So you can reliably kill mob with 1-4 nukes and then move to next mob.
Someone else noted this earlier but I point out again. You have very high magic resist from your healing lvl. Plants that have only magic attacks are best for you to solo. You just need to find right lvl plant.

Go to Dew Drops... kill the plants there... when you are higher than them, go to Fount... that will last you untill like lvl 110-125... then you get nukes, and pretty much rule the friggin planet.

Find someone (like me) with a relatively high heal or nuke level, but low affliction level to team with you. The afflictor starts the fight and stands close to each plant to hold the agro. Since his other levels are higher, his magic resist is pretty high and he doesn't take much damage. During that time, you nuke it. When done, heal each other and move on to the next one.
If you see me online and want to try this, just shoot me a /tell. That's how I got my nuke up and it worked really well. In addition to Stingas, the Psyklopas in the Zora lands work well for this.
Shooting plants works with or without this technique, so if you have trouble finding a hunt partner, Thom's idea works just fine.
