I bring you tidings of events that have occurred over the past few nights.

Here is an account from the scientist Daeronn.

"oh err…Do I talk now? This is it? Oh yes okay. What? That man is writing down everything I say? Now? Right now? Oh yes okay…Ahem.

Err yes so Bodocs are interesting…what? About the other night? Oh, which what? Ok

Well I was having a nap down in the nice humid jungles of Zorai…yes it is interesting how much humidity there is in comparison to the…oh? Oh yes the story urm where was I? Bodocs yes, what? Oh yes Zorai, I was taking a nap in the sun when some silly homins and Generals came along to disturb me. They claimed to be rescuing me, unconscious they said I was, kitin ambush they said?

I could see no kitin, silly homins, I was just taking a nap…so yes yubos, they are interesting little creatures…oh? The story? Oh ok then, yes the homins lead me back to Min-Cho to find my notes, showing off with their magics and swords killing anything that moved…no respect…

Yes yes, Min-Cho is a curious city, I left my apartment there but I don't remember where! Oh my notes? I found those in my pocket, thanks for asking, right where I left them yes…

Anyway I was having a nap…what? Already done that bit you say? Where was I, oh yes Pyr. I headed to Pyr to do my lecture about the kitin, there are many different types of kitin, small ones, big ones, round ones…"

At this point Daeronn started non stop talking so I shall sum it up, he basically described from what I could make out the behavioural habits of kitin at different times of the year to the homins who came to listen.

"…not just any kitin, no special kitin. What? Oh yes that’s the end of it, yubos are fascinating creatures aren't they?"

I also have a report from General Deamla on finding another piece of amber last night in Matis.

"The seer had translated another clue for the location of one of the amber pieces. Myself and Sanantia headed out to Yrkanis, and instantly a crowd of homins came to join us in our quest. Sir Gfunk was our path finder, leading the way to Heretic's Hovel in the South East of Matis, and we soon got to our location.

When we got there, I soon found the piece with the help of the brave homins who assisted me, it was then that the foul Wormbreath showed up. He challenged myself and Sanantia for the amber, but we beat him back, he soon left defeated, however his smell took a few minutes to dissipate so we all held our noses when leaving the area.

The brave homins escorted us back to Yrkanis, but I had to quickly depart on some urgent business, one of my scouts was caught in another kitin ambush. Those kitin have been getting more dangerous of late.

Anyway I would like to thank all the homins for assisting us find another piece of the kitin amber, Atys owes you all a pint of the finest Atysian Ale!

-General Deamla, head scout of Atys

Homins, heed my words!

Ah, please do let me know if you find it. Not where it is, just if there is one. I've been trying to collect all the teleport tickets, and recently reached the last working altar that I knew about. But there's still two areas for which I'm missing an altar and haven't yet found the welcomer to confirm if there is an altar or not, of which one is the Upper Bog Kami altar. (The other is the Sunken City Karavan Altar, if you were wondering.)

There is a location that is to have a Kami TP, however at last check, there is only a welcomer present there and no TP, Kinda like the Kami Welcomer in Gates of Obscurity.

It has been a few months since I have been there, so not sure if a TP has popped up. GL finding it :D

Noin.

Greetings Homins. I bring you a message from the Fyros Scout, Sanantia.

"Homins!

The Seer has been locked in his study deciphering the amulet for a while now, but to no end as yet so we must continue to find the pieces.

We must for sure be rid of the threat of the kitin with this amulet. We will have the power to defeat them; maybe I am just hopeful but I really feel this is what is to be done. The Seer has given locations of more pieces he believes are crucial and they must be retrieved as soon as is possible. The other Generals and I will be scouting round Atys very soon again.

We know the evil powers of Oba, Wormbreath, Desann, Candid and Sylph are on the prowl, but to what end? At this time I fear they are trying to stop the brave homins of Atys from removing this threat; we must not let them! I call upon all of the Homins Atys-wide to be ready for the Generals' call when or wherever it maybe. There are some testing times ahead for sure. I have no doubt we shall prevail but this evil involvement must be curtailed brave Homins; be ready!!!

-General Sanantia, Fyros Scout"

Homins, I bring you the latest tidings of the quest to locate the pieces of the Tear of the Kitin Amber.

Deamla had been lost for over a week, and her associates had been trying to locate her. Last night she was eventually found in the Wastelands Prime Roots. However, she was very weak and badly injured. What she said mostly made little sense, although it does appear she found a piece of the amber and was then ambushed by kitin. It is a miracle she crawled back as far as she did.

A task force was gathered in Zora ready to escort Lady Deamla out of the Wastelands, and they soon set off. Many Kitin patrols stood in their path, and many friends fell to their mighty claws, but the homins eventually managed to break their lines and find Deamla. She was so confused and delirious that on the return journey she accusing her rescuers of being kitin and out to kill her.

Eventually, she was escorted back to Zora thanks to the brave efforts of the homin task force. She is currently recovering well in the temple, regaining her focus slowly.

Homins, heed my words!
