btw, Neun, so far you are th eonly one I ever heard about mobs on the canopies...
maybe I am the only one that looks up as often as I look ahead and down :D

I do spend about 40-60% of my game time 'looking'!

Before leaving the island I spent many hours on that hill enjoying the view, and though it's been a while, I'm quite sure the town looked exactly like that picture. With the exception that I've never seen it abandoned, ofcourse.
The level designers reuse areas quite a bit, I wouldn't be surprised if they have an isolated dev server like someone mentioned in another post where they are testing this. Probably just a map with reused terrain and landmarks.

Run around the Witherings and you'll notice that each region has the same exact watering hole for example.

I guess that a starter town would be a classic example of a stylised outpost.

Main Build (trainers)
Small building (merchants)
Guards
Resources close to the area (farms)

Must be the reason I hardly ever run around there ;)

looks very similar to the Matis newbie city. It's been... ages since I was there, but yeah.

I want teleporters to work from a map, or simplified map. I know where I want to go, but browsing through a list of tickets it's not really something you can deduce. the quality # changes, so they're not even always in the same order. I'm guessing they keep changing those so that there's a better chance the old tickets aren't around. I'm guessing that's also why people find thier tickets dissapear sometimes. maybe they need to fix that before the implement the stackable ones.
anyways, I would personally like one completely separate window for teleporting, where they're laid out in a scaled-down version of the overworld map, offset and all. it doesn't even need the map graphics.
like, for me, I always get the two regions in the withering confused; maiden grove, and haven of purity. I know maiden grove has maiden's pond, but the two regions' names aren't distinctive enough for me to remember. visually, I know which one I want to go to depending on where I need to walk to in the void, but bleh...

yeah stackables ticket is a very cool thing, altough i really wish a ticket filter more than that ;) ( or some kind of Ultima Online Runebook? eheh )

OT: i remember me in the times of Ultima Online... i marked ( set a teleport point ) due to my lazyness in each vendor of each city. I remember also that i made different runes for different floors of the same building ehehe! I was a kind of teleport maniac :P

I put in a "ticket" about tickets a while back. I asked if we could have a ticket wallet so that we wouldn't have to sieve through our bags in order to find the ones we wanted. A filter in there would work well, a tab for each region.
