Try to add up on your mind the mobs you kill, multiply that for number of stars and divide by team members. After, take that number and for any adds you got add another 1/10 of that number. On top of that, mark a price for each unit of quality of item lost/degraded and subtract it to the total.

There u go, a formula to develop maths and SoR. Also, you could also make a table with the eficiency/playtime ratio and develop your Excell skills, or you could write a message here putting me to deserved ridicule and improve your english.

As you see there are many ways to develop RL skills in SoR... my favorite is putting my char staring a wall after i doze off, its real good for when my REM status kicks in and i think Shalaa's are the noise of a vacuum cleaner waking me at some Dubai hotel :P

It is a number to rate the difficulty in a climbing route. 6b is a nice one for an amateur, easy for a pro.

Freeclimbing :-)

only hands, chalk and tiny shoes with sticky rubber (smooth soles, rubbed soles are for sissies ;-)

It is great for your strength and constitution, general torso power and a feeling of achievement. I can recommend it to all, even bulky people. Just keep on climbing, twice a week to three times a week and the bulky will leave all by itself :D

You dont have to climb max to have fun and lose weight. In fact, regular exercise will strenghen you muscles and joints, in the long run they can take more and more.
The best way to control and avoid future injury is getting and keeping in shape. Bah, the excuse people make up to just sit and grow fat!

Nothing beats wall/mountain climbing in drying up all the fat/excessive muscle... you'd become a cement block :p
