Hi,

Just to let you that I've made up my mind and settled my lil' Tryker with you on Arispotle. She's named Kylone and almost ready to join you all in Fairheaven. So, if you met her, keep in mind she's new to this world and eager to learn the secrets of Atys.
See you IG :)

Of course I remember! Thanks again, it really helps!
About leveling my healing abilities, I'd love that ;) And, if anyone can use an unexperimented healer (just 21, it's low, I know :( ), send a tell ;p

btw, feel free to give me any advice, be it general, about fighting or crafting (going for light armor I think but it seems to be plenty of LA crafters)

Oh, and a stupid question but I can't find the option: How do I rebind my keys? I'm not a FPS player, just a lazy one who wants to use WASD to move so my right hand can rest ;p If the answer is in the pdf manual, don't bother replying, I'm joining the B@W club and going to read it now :D

Well, I send you a tell when I get online tonight :) First, I'll remap my keys, tho ;) I was looking at this in the Option menu, I didn't think there was a specific shortcut for that :/

Anyway, I read the manual and they make reference to defense skills (armor, dodge...). I just have 4 main skills at the begininning, nothing about defense. Will it appear later? Has it been removed since released? If so, how was it replaced? I noticed that my dodge/parry skills and resistances in my character sheet have increased. But I'm not sure how it works.
Does leveling fight increase dodge & parry and leveling magic increases resistances? I seem to have a +5 bonus to dodge, where does it come from? racial bonus?
What about self healing? I never gained XP using self heal spell, should I?

yuuuhhh, so many questions :p

Parry is based on you melee lvl of the weapon type equiped, no weapon = Close combat. Armour adjusts this base value.

Dodge is based on you magic lvl or you non combat skill (harvest/craft) divided by 2 + 10. Armour adjusts this base value.

Hope this helps

The defense skill tree used to exist during beta but they took it out. Just never updated the manual. :(

No self healing doesn't give you XP, you only gain magic XP for healing others. I think their might even have been a Self Magic skill branch at one point, a long long time ago.....
