run away and chat, that bout it I've found, no casting no fighting which is a little dumb

Well, let me add my questions:
1. Are there any missions planned involving mounts?
2. Will guilds and/or individual players ever be able to control npc's (outposts?)
3. Will the possibility to grand access to the guild storage for members who aren't leader or high officer be included in the spring clean?
4. Are there any new (optional) chat channels planned (alliance, trade, event, roleplay, ...). If so, wich ones?
5. How many guildmembers are needed for x number of officers/high officers?
6. Will officers ever have more possibilities then just kick/invite members?
7. Is there any way to inculde your guild rank into your title (eg: leader, high officer, ...)
8. Is the possibility planned to make official guild alliances? What will it include?
9. Are there any custom titles/ranks planned (other then officer, high officer & leader).
10. What about a guild MOTD?
11. Will lvl 250 be the cap or are there extentions planned?
12. I've heard there is a new terretory in the pipe (sky roots I believe), any info on this?
13. Will we be able to fight the goo soon?
14. Where is the dragon? Does it live in a cave? Is it asleep?
15. Will players ever be able to take prominent roles in the game (king, major, ...)

Many items have bonuses that are always listed as zero regardles of mats used. What is the status of these bonuses? E.g Not impelemented yet, disabled, working but info screen is broken?
List of bonuses in category "working but info screen is broken" would be a nice addition.

Oh, almost forgot the (for me) most important question:
16. I've been testing, then playing SoR since December 2003. In October I paid a subcription for a year. I couldn't participate in the contests for the gfx card and the gadgets since my country (Belgium) wasn't listed. Since I've been around for a very long time, and, at least I think, I've contributed a lot to the community and the game, here is my little question: Can I have a t-shirt?

Yeah here is my wishlist! (before you flame me it's NOT just a wishlist)
1.: Are there any new crafting plans planned? Like short skirts, dual bladed weapons, medium helmets, etc
2.: Do you plan the shileds/bucklers to be more customable? They could have colors/motives like armor. (think about it: a shiled with you r guilds logo!

Can you tell what parts of the Ryzom experience are GPL'ed? I know NeL is to some extent, but how about other parts like the client? I understood that any product that uses GPL'ed software will be, by definition, GPL'ed as a whole. So if the 3D engine is GPL then all of the client should be, no? Please be aware that I am not a legal expert nor anyone who will try and make a game for myself. I am just plain curious...
Is Nevrax hiring professional testers who can telecommute?
Can you tell us something about the roadmap on coming worlds. I understood Atys is part 1 (I says so in the opening screen), so how is the planning to part 2?
Is there a shortkey (or a macro option) that will allow me to switch chatmodes without a mouseclick?
Where can the music be downloaded to use in home made movies?

GPL is a sensible topic. Plain i would say: All that is included in the downloadable nel archive is GPL. But nothing that is included on the Ryzom CD is GPL.
NeL anyway is much more then the client on your PC@home.
In this case, where Nevrax is the author of the GPLed NeL *and* the commercial creator of Ryzom some things are easy. Nevrax will never sue Nevrax
GPL is, although a short and readable disclaimer, not easy to define outside the open sorce world. For example: german laws can not accept the term"without warranty". We have always warranty, even when we do not have to pay for the product.
Another example is mySQL. There a two of them. a GPLed and a commercial version. This brought some trouble with PHP...
