I did ask them about Ryzom a week ago, when the release date was 24th (now it's pushed to 29th), and the reply was that they can't confirm any details, like pre-order in-game items, until closer to the release. Didn't like ordering from this vendor at all, even though I could've asked them for more info. Anyway, I ordered it from Boxgame (Danish). Their release date was 24th and thanks to their superb customer support I got my copy coming without any delays.

Well, after exchanging large number of emails I got a very positive impression about their business and that they do care about their customers. But sure, I can understand the problem of handing money to an online vendor, just can't relate to that. I'll just recommend it and that's that. (oh, and don't ask me how do I know, but they certainly aren't 18 year olds ).

I'll do my best to enjoy the game, thank you (it isn't hard )
