Thank you all for your wishes ect. ok just did not have a blood clot on lung. i was just checked for it just incase there was any. just thought id put that right. was late when i was talking.
and a defo on the stop smoking. that is a must. this was a wake up call on life. so any off you out there that smoke. please stop if i can do it. you can to . just wished id never started .
i will be back soon as normal. poor souls keeps chasing me off. tells me to go rest . so im still about at times. but will be taking it easy.

SoR is just a game (eventhough many would disagree in this ), so keeping you RL health in shape seems better to me, than coming back too soon.

GL on quitting the smoking. We know you can do it! Its only the 3 first weeks that's hard.

Well i hope you are all on the mend, good that you stopped smoking - im on time limit to stop aswell (as promised to the 8 months pregant wife) that i will stop soon (before the little one joins us)
