I may not be able to get answers on all of your questions, but I will try to give you guys some explanation or background information in such cases.
"What is the "Questions" section in the Support dialogue for? It says it is for "gameplay related questions" but when I used it, all I got in reply was a CSR saying "we can't answer gameplay related questions" O_o
Luckily for me the game itself answered my question (it was one about a harv stanza) a few minutes later with a handy message the devs built into that game
(and who said the devs are more evil than the CSRs?
