predzz wrote:@dakhound: this is to prevent people from easily killing the boss without having to deal with the minions. In the clopperketh case, you need to kill all the dangerous cloppers that are on the sides of the hill first. Then the menacing cloppers and the clopperketh will be free to attack.

hmmm still trying to think of a way of ignoring 200 cloppers and just hitting the boss...........................nope there aint one, melee protection only lasts so long. you cant go near the hill without 50 cloppers chasing you (even if you pass far from the usual aggro range of clopper) so you can't just taunt him. You can use fireball/lightning/whatever but its still gonna have 50 cloppers on you.

either way its gonna be an epic battle just getting to him never mind trying to kil every clopper first. So yes I would class this as a bug, if its intentional its just plain dumb

btw have you killed him to know this? (dont take it the wrong way I am only asking not trying to prove a point with the question)

and if so what makes clopperketh so special when all other named/boss mobs can be hit.

OK after this weekend the TPs that dont work, after battling your way there only to find you cant get a ticket. This happened to me at 3 different TPs as I was on an explore.

Answer to the packer bug is to go kill something and quarter it, that saves a relog.

Imo, worst bug:

Mis-targetting from mektoubs and cratchas:

Attack an aggro, pull it far from his friends, near the lil cratchas or mektoubs for example, and poof, magically, your spellcasters (doesnt apply to fighters) get aggroe'd by the herbivores and plants

Makes for some hot training

i have killed him actually, only took a group of 5 people as well. i think all boss mobs are ment to be like this except they didnt get round to fixing them all yet.

if you would be able to attack him from start, you could just wipe out one side of the hill, use a 50m spell on him and take him on solo, without needing to mess with his guards...

I fix the item transfer bug on the packers .... by creating a sap crystal.

simple, effective and only a few sp in magic need. Sap crystals to recharge you enchanted items are useful as well.

predzz wrote:Honestly, there's hardly a point. I have reported in the past but there are way more exploiters, exploit spots than the GMs/guides can handle, and i think they don't have the guts or enough legal evidence to take any action against it.
It is part of what they do.
The reasons for a ban is made clear in the EULA and CoC.
And I have seen the CSR team ban, so they are not afraid of doing their job.

1- Characters that don't stop the remainer of the line from showing.
2- Searches on the merchants that return crap from everywhere including my own backpack.
