I have never experienced this imbalance and I've been involved in a lot of PvP.

I would like to add that CP will Rez anybody, regardless of religion, race, guild, or past actions outside of PvP zones. It's common courtesy.

Basically, we are not going to do things to disrupt your gameplay outside of PvP zones. If you don't want to PvP thats fine... but don't go into PvP zones if thats the case.. it will probably find you. We will never drag agro on people intentionally, and if it does happen, we will do our best to rez you.

Heals cannot be cast on an enemy? Or can we now accept team invites when we're dead? I like to exercise common courtesy as well, just not sure if this works in a pvp zone...

Well, in PvP zones you can not heal enemies/opponets. I know you can heal in team, and I'm pretty sure you can heal guildies. Otherwise, the person must be in your team, and team invites can be accepted while dead.

We will not be rezzing those we PK in roots though. If PKed there is no DP, so no real penalty to death other than having to wait for your stats to regen. If players are killed by mobs in PvP regions we will rez them if we can.. we may kill them shortly after.. but we will rez them so that they don't get DP.

uhh... by doing kami missions and killing karavan aligned npc's...

Eventually they flip from karavan to kami... I believe at least one person had to send someone a screenshot of their fame as well
