The only thing we ar missing is somboddy who wants to ride a kizoar
your guildie is a genius that idea I never would have thought of
and kizoar mounts would also be cool, as long as they were not restricted to flying 2 foot in the air like they are now

Sound in proportion to size of kipee would be nice. I forage a lot next to these tiny kipees that ROAR my brain into boredom and madness. Maybe they should roar less often and in propotion to their size.
This is probly only a pain for foragers who sit hour after hour with the same noise getting more and more annoying.

maybe it would be better if they transferred the sound to cloppers and gaori as while harvesting its very easy for them to "sneak up on you" (more like 3 spawn on your head)

There's no way I'm playing a modern game, on modern hardware, with no sound, thank you very much

Even if the only sound is kipee roar!
Playing games with no sound used to be required for work machines, but even nowadays office PCs all come with fairly decent sound setups.
For harvesting sessions, I load an MP3 or playlist either ingame or with Media Player, and just turn the Ryzom sound down a little. I like the groaning and creaking of the roots/canopy, and also couldn't imagine hunting without some sound effects
PS - Bring back Beta Kipee!

Agreed.. although I can't exactly remember them, I know they were a lot nicer then and suited the non-agro nature of the kipee a lot better. The roaring sounds should be saved for warning you away from kirostas, kinchers and suchlike nastys

Kipee roar doesnt fit in with the rest of the game and for a forager is just damn annoying.

I think it's great because it seems like something a kipee would do. If they squeaked I would complain. A herbivore making loud noises to scare off predators, mark it's territory and communicate with other kipees. Doesn't bother me in the least and I think it adds to the atmosphere.
