I have had 100 tryker fame since about the 3rd week of Retail.

It was the first job on my list.

Rule 1 for fame ... do the unpaid ones!

Fastest method now ..... that they have upped the number of mission limit.

go see both corprals and the city welcomer .... take all the kill missions.

talk to the hunter of clopper beach.

if you see the patroller do all his missions

go blast/spot kipee, cloppers, gorai ....

do some of the crafting missions while you wait for the kill missions to return.

or some of the deliver missions.

repeat until fame is high or you are lvl 50+ in you favourite skill.

Relocate to Crystabelle

do all the missions there ... when they are all done.

Return to FH and do all these missions again.

return to crystabelle .....

when you are lvl 100+

alternate between the lvl 50 and lvl 100 missions in Crystabelle

when you are 150+ go to windermere....

if you haven't got 100 fame after doing the above .... you are doing something very wrong.

I have a question on fame.. Will negative values for the other 3 races (Matis/Zoria/Tyker) prevent me from obtaining their unique Archmage spells (Poison/Lightening/Shockwave) when i reach 125 elemental?

Rites are not only fame dependant but lvl dependant also and maybe even race dependant. With all the bugs and no feedback by the rite givers as of why they don't give you a rite its close to impossible to find out why the hell you don't get a specific rite.
