If anything, it would be the other way round.
Errcode1 means that your client couldn't contact the game servers at all, while 4010 means that the specific server you're trying to log onto is closed or down or otherwise non-connectable (if that's a word).
However, in this case I would suggest the problem is on your end Bandan - the other people I've asked say there's no change for them, and nothing I can see indicates things are any different to how they were when Aniro went down.

I have posted a direct thread on Virtual Citizenship regarding the purchase of Ryzom, in order to bring this wonderful game back to life. I have located an investor that will fund (In full) the investments and expenses of source code hosting, rights, and all current ownerships of the game Ryzom. I was previous a player of this marvelous MMORPG, and miss it more and more as each day passes. I have decided to make this my personal objective in bringing this game BACK! I would like nothing more than for someone to contact me regarding the purchase of Ryzom or any information that would assist me in getting in touch with the right people. My contact information is listed below:
(Simply put: If you want Ryzom back, get me in the door and I can make it happen)

that means he already contacted Xavier('s people) ... all we're waiting for now is the liquidators to give a second chance to bidders (since they messed up the first time?) so this person needs to contact the liquidators.. and hell if i know who they are >< VCA seems to though...

As far as I understand, this has already been done but VCA only had one day to outbid Spiderweb International.

For as far as I know, this could have been posted by any players trying to get credit for this when in fact he/she may have nothing to do with this.
If I would have been such a person, why would have have bothered contacted a shady/mysterious company to buy Ryzom ? I would have gone with bigger well known companies (and I have done it in deed !).

As long as it's just me.
Funny though; I got the error again today.
