My point exactly Fred. They could quiet this whole thing down with ONE post but they don't seem to be concerned with it. Maybe they have enough people that will play the game no matter what they do that theres really no sound economic reason to waste time with us that are concerned. Time will tell.

After reading every thread as best I could, I have come to the conclusion that a bad patch sure brings out the worst in everybody
Yes, in my opinion, a bad, make that very bad patch. I watched and listened, for several days, Thinking, no way, people must be exaggerating this. can't be that bad. So I bit the bullet and did the 4 hour download and the 3 hour patch and omg! I really can't believe they are implementing this. I like many others have wasted my time since release. I am not a powergamer. I don't have the time to play 30 or more hours a week. since release all I have made in harvest is lvl 140. so obviously not tearing up the world when compared to the highest lvls ingame.
Tommorrow I am going to use what I can of my harvest xp for other skills and the rest is going to lay there unless something changes.
Furthermore, without actually counting I see a few people posting in favor of the patch and a large number that don't want it.....Doe's that matter? Or are we wasting out time once again

Good luck tommorow fellow harvestors

I like to argue with you to watch you contradict yourself!

I never said that the story killed EnB. What I said was that one of the things that caused the demise of EnB is the fact the devs strayed from the story and did things that the players wanted. All of the things I listed were not part of the story, or were very minor things, not originally intended to be expanded upon. You will NEVER hear me say the story killing Earth and Beyond. As a word of advice don't try to confuse what I say when it comes to the story of Earth and Beyond, I know much more than you could ever imagine.

Eh? How does that work? a level 100 should be able to even HIT a level 200. Since they are similar, lets equate this to EQ. can a bunch of level 25's go kill Nagafen, who is, after all, only level 50 (or so, it's been a while)? Nope. No matter how many level 25's you have, there is no way that you'd be able to kill that dragon, or any other level 50 mob for that matter. You'll be crushed in seconds (or less).

That's how it SHOULD be.
Well lets see at level 19 in EQ I was killing Hill giants easily.

And yes at level 40 - I took 6 of us down and killed Nagafen - yes just 6.

You really are stupid arent you. You have no clue how to use the spells and skills you are provided. Thats why you have no clue whats about to happen to you come tomarrow.

Good luck, your ignorance will need it.

Yes you know so much Raynes you do nothing but praise this amazing game that was so great ... let me see ... went out of business? THis alone shows just how good your judgement is and that your opinion is of no value except to the ignorant masses.

raynes wrote:Actually no, the wosrt thing the EnB devs did was listen to the players and start to do story stuff because upon their wishes, not stick to the material they were given. So much stuff never happened becuase they spent so much time working on things like the Ten-gu, the Boregil, and The Bunny-ip.
Er... I'm confused. These 2 quotes seem contradictory to me. Does anyone else agree?

And as far as me trying to confuse what you say about EnB???? Buddy I have hardly even HEARD of EnB and certainly wouldn't debate ANYONE on the topic. If you read the back of the box you know "much more than I could ever imagine". You've got some serious mental issues.

Pre-kunark level 40s? without being twinked? Sorry, don't believe it, and you can't prove it, so the point is moo (yes, moo, it's like a cow's opinion, it doesn't matter).

Level 40 equates in this example at least to a level 180. So, should a group of level 180's take down a 200? Sure, with extremely good planning and a bit of luck. Once again, that is vastly different than level 100's.

I won't comment on the insult, but it doesn't make CP look good at all.

LMAO what kinda group of gimped level 180 Ryzom players need luck to take down a level 200 mob? It's all about knowing your class. If you play well as a group you should be able to take down mobs dozens of levels higher than you.
