The server is currently down for patching; the server status indicators are unfortunately wrong sometimes; try again in an hour or so, probably less.
As for live chat, I tried to get there, but it requires logging in, and when I try to use the same account name and password as I use for logging to the game, it says invalid user or pass.
That is something that has been haunting me since retail, but I never used it anyway.

I've received the same problem, Botarg...As far as I can tell, there is No configuration utility within the game that allows for windowed play...So after the first login screen, I'm stuck and can't get out without completely closing the program. The funny thing is after I installed the game, it appears as a new installation within my Start menu, but not within Window's master list of installed programs...Since there is no Uninstall feature within the game, and it is not in the master programs list, it simply has to be deleted...We all know how well Windows handles it when large files containing DLL's are simply deleted from its registry. I should never have deviated from WoW...
