Enough post was great enough to show nevrax our opinion about botting.

:( BEWARE OF THIS FACT : you all were discussing during weekend and on monday (closed day), no nevrax guys are around ! Don't expect any answer yet.
Lawrence is a CSR. GM also. They are Jolt guys, and cannot override nevrax' internal policy.
I'm hopping for a direct answer from Xavier, Vince or Jessica... on tuesday !
(The issue seems big enough to require them all in fact, reading this thread and checking "what to do")

Don't leave yet, neun, scar, isha ! you not even let nevrax talk !

My two cent on topic :
Some punishement were "fun" enough to let try botting once (and being spanked)! Punishment must be severe and disgusting enough.
Penalty on skills sounds great as first caught (either rollback or direct half-skilltree removed).
Char deletion or direct definitive ban as 2nd is a must-have !!!! (even banning credit card number! - u botter never ever coming back here -). Why ? Letting botters having a 2nd chance is unacceptable since botters would/could try a more sneaky way w/o big malus if failing.

An admited exploiter that was caught Jokes about it publicly. I'm pretty sure we can all see what nevrax's "tough" stance is.
