- It's not that I'm worried over the price of mektoub food, it just seems unrealistic that mektoubs can't graze. I mean, say you're riding your mektoub from Yrkanis to Davae, and you stop several times along the way to let your mektoub graze. You watch the hunger bar and continue when it has become full. Doesn't that sound reasonable? One could still buy food, if one wanted to get somewhere quickly with no stops along the way...
- Taming and pets. Wouldn't it be nice to have a tame Ragus follow you around and attack things you attack? Of course, taming something like a ragus would be risky with a low success rate... But anyway, taming mektoubs could be interesting too. Players could sell mektoubs they tamed themselves. This would add spice to the mektoub market and variance in price. Maybe there could be varying degrees of tamed-ness, for example, a low success in taming could lead to the mektoub running away from its owner or not being cooperative. Highly tamed mektoubs would be more expensive and sought-after because they'd be far more loyal and dependable. Maybe there could be a skill tree for taming - like this:
