Oh yes, I agree. Improving the apartments should be the fluff thing they work on first! Although I can honestly say I'd be happy to see time spent on anything else instead of the spires ... just my opinion though :)

I still haven't made up my mind about the Spires thing yet. Should be interesting, to say the least.

Well I don't care for PvPer so limiting with no benefit even fun wise for me :)

And yet, here we are. ;)

Note that my argument was not that the game would fail due to lack of dancing, but that it could fail because of a lack of depth - such as no dancing, music etc.

I hate to say I told you so, but on a certain level it feels so good. I tried to persuade people that change was necessary, but many folks here were determined to keep things mediocre. On another level it's a crying shame because this game had so much going for it - good mechanics, an interesting back story. It just didn't have any of those extra things that make people want to stick around - like dancing, playing music, etc.

I'm just glad that my experiences here persuaded me not to get too involved in the game. I have my opponents in this thread to thank for persuading me to leave. The whole playerbase has their attitude to thank for the game not succeeding. Another game killed by lack of vision. Bravo!

I didn't say it was closed. I said it failed. I don't know what your definition of failure is, but when a company goes bankrupt I don't count that as a success.

Killed...to cease...to be no more..ect. ect. ect.

Thanks for your comments. I dont disagree with your posts previously in this thread, but i wasn't here then. Yea...dancing would be sweet, along with a million other things that acould be implemented, but i dont see where a "nah nah ha ha!" post has anything to do with this that or the other.

I dont really know what your intentions were with your other posts, but what you're doing now is trolling though...so if thats all your going to do, then please do so elsewhere. Thanks, and good luck with wherever you end up.

Hehe, okay not killed. The weight of your rhetoric has triumphed - the game is not dead, it's just in a coma: it still breathes and the heart still beats, but there's no brain activity. When was the last developer update - October?

Sure, it's positively THRIVING! I should join up... oh that's right - no new accounts because it's in RECEIVERSHIP. LOL.

You folks crack me up. "Nothing is wrong. Everything's just fine."

Yeah, right!

its funny seeing someone so bitter that they come back to forums of games they don't play, revive a thread thats months old, and post some of the most meaningless crap.
Claiming that Ryzom wasn't a financial success due to the fact that the game didn't have a dancing class is a matter of opinion and one that i don't think you'll find many share here.
so do us all a favor, troll you way out of our forums and over to the SWG ones...

Whn you made your crappy suggestion we were already in this status because they followed crappy suggestions instead of following the original vision. G'bye troll...
