Content unavailable to people currently holding an Outpost. Non PvP toys to even out the game balance between as Zysha so clearly puts it "the haves and the have-nots". Perhaps some missions for people that don't work for OP holding guilds to aquire the OP benefits. (If they worked for OP holders then they'd just end up farmed and would increase the mass of wealth they already have, without fixing anything).
Not all Karavan and Kami are into PvP, and i think you'll find Zysha is Kami, although she likes to be neutral, she will still take part in OP Battles, I myself hate the OP battles, i prefer to stay neutral, but because of my lvl's i need quick access to the 250 zones, so i chose my faction so i could get all the tp's i needed, so just say like we have said so many times before, More NON-PvP Content please.
they added all that PvP Content to give players more choice, however, ALOT of ppl hate PvP (myself included), so the Non-PvP content sounds much better, to hell with Factions.

Thats why I put it as 2 seperate points. TPs to even things out for neutrals, and non-pvp OP mats to even things out for those not interested in PVP. Though many are both neutral _and_ dislike PvP, they would of course benefit from both suggestions

a secret ritual taught by Trytonits or Rangers and available only to neutrals, that doubles their backpack space
as a counterpoint to them not having TP access to 250/PR zones.

heheh, would be sweet, but watch people quit their faction, get the rite, then grind fame back in again...
Its gotta be an ongoing benefit to those that choose not to take part in a religious war, like the TPs are an ongoing benefit for the factions.
