yes, I found that out in a rather non amusing way, resulting in me losing 6 months worth of subscriptions.

I was hoping for a more official response tho.

When you choose your method, any additional charges are listed right next to the name of the payment method. Apart from that, it's the listed price.

I don't understand how you can "lose" 6 months worth of subs...?

cancelling a payment, paying via other means, and then being refused a refund on cancelled payment #1.

tis easy it seems.

on stern email #3, not looking too good tho.

I'll be 'forced' to use Paybycash and pay additional money in order to get my money 'back'.

In short, I am forced to spend my money on something they endorse after beeing given the priviledge to pay extra.

word of advise, dont use paybycash ever.

*goes back to writing ticket and collating screenies of emails*

after being banned for 2 years after refusing to pay their £50 fine which they couldnt/wouldnt explain what it was for, was just a normal payment as far as i was concerned, that went through ok, until they banned me. Ignored emails and silence continued for 6 months, the owners of Ryzom had no power to reverse an account banning by paybycash without risking legal procedings

just thought id share my personnal experience of paybycash before anyone chooses them over bibit

his paybycash account was banned, means it was probably not for ingame infractions.

Ah, I get it now PBC banned him for some reason or other, not Ryzom.

Cheers :)
