This was intended as a clean GVG challenge .. much what people have been saying they want to see in other threads.

GoJ are well within thier rights to refuse, as they have done, but we will stick by our word and our motives and attack as a guild whatever the out come.

If they feel the need to bring down the might of the KA on us then so be it.. we accept that.

so there in lies the answer to your question Neva. It is a choice GoJ have been given and have made. we made our choice. If they want heavy reinforcement then they can call it and probably crush us so there is nothing to worry about.

In essence though i did not expect this thread to get so heated and so many people offeneded.

Please take flaming and PvP wrongs and rights to another thread.. I want some good clean fun, which I have tried to set up.

It will all be decided on the battlefield tomorrow and people can draw thier own conclusions from the outcome.

The reason for the thread was to alert pople of the possibilty of some GvG action of they wanted to observe and to let people know we will not be accepting any help on this occasion.

It seems a can of worms has been opened and I am not about to apologise for my honorable intentions.

Good luck Guardians of Jena and thier allies I look forward to drawing swords against you on the battlefield tomorrow.

I don't think Amb was telling people how to play either... All she did was give me a (semi) reasonable response... The tried to defend it against a few other people

Zahan wasn't telling people how to play I don't think... He was just continuing a debate in which I felt the same about but accepted that I couldn't change it.(Granted I wasn't very happy with him getting on Amb's case ). Tho I could be wrong I guess.

So where do we fit in :/

It seems that one side is whinging that Riders is picking on a less numerous guild and that they have nothing to gain from this..

1. hello this is OP battles. people can attack and defend - we just tried to make it more interesting.

2. Honor and repute . that is what to gain from this.

3. ever tried to take a 200+ OP with (probably far) less than 20 people against guards alone?? believe you me i never envisioned this being and easy fight against GoJ *IF* they accepted never mind if they call in help.

The other side seems to be goading GoJ and the KA a little (which imho GoJ may have shot themselves in the foot early on in this thread but thats just my opinion) But seriously.. they were given the option of dealing with this whichever way they see fit..

I don't tell people how to play. (Tho it really is tempting sometimes LOL)

I don't tell people where to stick there OPINIONS... I may question them if I become curious as to why they believe it tho.

I guess I must mostly into this one?--"The same old crew telling everybody else how they might improve things for everybody".

And I am not---"the usual curmudgeonly selfish people who want to exploit their upper hand."

But I fit more in this category--- People who have an opinion and sometimes question other peoples opinions if they don't make clear sense to us. But if explained we can accept other opinions.

Sometimes I don't accept other peoples opinions if they seem to preposterous... But then I just ignore them (extremely rare). However in this case... Amb made a efficient enough example and I accepted it...

Now... whats so hard to see that sometimes you must accept other peoples views? Even if they DO interfere with your own? why not try to learn to understand them instead of just trying to make them see things your way... No two people are alike... And we have alot of different cultures on Arispotle... And I wouldn't give up the time I've been here for anything. I have learned alot about different people from around the world.

Some I don't agree with at all Others I agree with perfectly. And some I agree with sometimes but not always (Such as you Jy ). But I TRY to learn to accept views other then my own.

I am not saying don't try to get people to understand your view... Just try to get theres too,Maybe you can come to some kind of medium. Instead of flaming endlessly on multiple threads for all time because no one can accept others opinions.

Hope I made that clear enough . Got a migraine atm, Can't see to well lol.

P.S. Sorry for long post... But I needed to say that.
