1. Will we the general atys populace be informed of exactly what happened and by who? ie: will there be an official announement and closure on the matter or will conjucture and half truth continue?
2. if no then why not we have a right to be informed.
3. Whats happening with the 3 ops ?

I don't think so, and I don't expect them to. It's between Nevrax/CSR and the offending players. That said... word of mouth goes fast in game....but of course, it will remain conjectures and half truths

This point has been discussed in the past, there are several threads discussing it and the official statement.
